Event Amenities
Event amenities included: table and chair set up and clean up, china, silverware and glassware used for service, gift table, guest book table, photo table, china display table, cake table service staff, kitchen staff. Our Tables seat 6 and 8 guests. We have 10 - 5-foot tables and 4 5 foot rectangle tables and 10 foot tables.
Maximum room capacity for seated guests – 130 guests
$100 Non-refundable payment to hold your reservation plus your room fee
A signed contract is required to guarantee the reservation. Non-refundable, non-transferable

Room Fees
Receptions are held Monday through Sunday
• $400.00 on Monday - Thursday.
• $500.00 on Friday - Saturday. – Sunday
• $50.00/hour FOR PRIVATE PARTIES
Room Fees must be paid to Davis 19th Hole when you reserve your event.
Minimums
All food must be supplied by the Davis 19th Hole with the exception of your wedding cake.
Minimum refreshment charge per person is $3.50 Refreshments are served on nice dishes with buffet
Ceremonies
To conduct your ceremony at the 19th Hole it is $300.00 to $400 depending on the location.
Davis 19th Hole is a wonderful choice for your wedding ceremony.
Overlooking Davis Golf Course, and beautiful view of the Wasatch mountains. There are many beautiful spots for formal pictures.
Ceremonies are held in conjunction with catered events and include chair set up, microphone, overhead speakers and one disc CD player. There will be a $50 charge for rehearsals.
East side of building/putting greens- $400
Banquet room- $300 Seating up to 130.
Final Payment
Current restaurant sales tax is charged to all taxable items. An 18% service charge is added to the entirety of the event bill. Wedding Receptions and events of 100+ guests require final guest count and full payment due on the day of your event. Beverage charges will be estimated at this time and included on the bill. Additional food quantities and beverage totals will be charged and due at the end of the event. Cash, local check or major credit cards are accepted for payment.
(We do not accept out-of state checks for final payment.) Davis 19th Hole reserves the right to cancel your event if any deposits or pre-payments are not made at the time due and all payments and deposits made will be forfeited.
Final Counts
A final count of guests must be provided 7 calendar days prior to your event for all wedding receptions and events. You will be charged for this number even if there are fewer in attendance. In the event that attendance exceeds the guaranteed count, each uncounted guest will be added to the event bill. A surcharge may be assessed for additional tables set during the event.
For buffet and reception events, food may be taken home from the buffet. But there is an additional charge for boxing and bagging everything up. $20.00Music & Dancing
Our space is perfect for live music and dancing. A CD player and overhead speakers is also available to play your CDs when booking all of our space. We also have the hook-ups for a D.J. in a few different areas in the banquet room. (Dance floor is available to rent)

Decoration
Davis 19th Hole provides a simple but modern room with natural beauty of the surrounding golf course and mountains. Nothing may be affixed to walls or windows without prior approval. Cakes and decorations, in addition to those furnished, must be delivered during your set up time, 2 hours prior to event start, and must be removed from the premises at the end of your event. As host, you are responsible for the actions and damages of guests and subcontractors.
Decorations we have available for the entire night. If our decoration are taken or damages you need to pay for them.

Confettie or Rice:
The throwing of rice, confetti, birdseed or flower petals is prohibited inside or outside the ClubHouse. Wedding bubbles are permitted outside of the building.
Violation of this policy will result in a clean-up charge of $100.00
Overtime:
Event staffing costs are calculated with a two-hour time frame for a luncheon
or dinner and four hours for a Wedding reception. If you choose to extend the time
Allotted for your event, the following overtime charges will be assessed on your final billing:
$15 per server for a full hour. This overtime charge also includes the back of the house support staff.
Wedding Bubbles, Confetti or Rice:

Sparkling Cider Toasts can be served for $2.00 each.
Alcohol
Should your festivities include bar service, we offer an extensive variety of beer. An estimate of bar charges can be provided. However actual charges will vary as drinks are charged per consumption. Limitations on time, dollar and selection can be set as you wish.
A bartender must be staffed for beverage service. Bartender ~ $50
Open Bar - all alcoholic beverages available to guests charged to host's bill
Cash Bar - all alcoholic beverages available to guests with guests to pay individually
Champagne Toasts can be served for $3.00 each.
Bringing Wine
Cork finished wine, purchased from the state liquor store, is the only alcohol that may be brought. Wine cannot be brought in from outside the state. A corkage fee of $6 will be charged per fifth and $8 per magnum. For your convenience wine and champagne can be brought the week of the event, stored and chilled by Davis 19th Hole, ready for your guests on arrival. Cases of wine should be sealed, labeled with the event name and date and brought the week of the event. Drop off times can be scheduled with your event planner. All alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Utah state restaurant or private club regulations. We are responsible for monitoring the consumption of all guests and reserve the right to terminate all bar services at any time.
